There is no starter plan missing the features you actually need.

What counts as a user?: One active staff member. Field crew who only use the mobile app count the same as office staff. Deactivate someone and they stop being billed.
What happens after the trial?: Nothing is deleted. The workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe, and everything picks up where you left off.
Can I change the number of users?: Any time. Add someone mid-month and you are billed pro-rata for the days they are on; remove them and the balance comes back off.
Is there a setup fee or contract?: No setup fee, no lock-in contract. Monthly, cancel whenever.
